Newly remodeled, immaculate and spacious 2 bed, 2 bath condo with open floor plan and vaulted ceilings, 2 dedicated workspaces, walk-in closets, private patio, and attached 2-car garage. Plus a community pool and hot tub in a safe, quiet, small gated community. Located in the Catalina Foothills and just 3 short blocks from one of the best bike trails in the country, with 137 miles of well-maintained paved trails. Plus many golf courses and hiking trails in national parks nearby, it's all here!
The space
Spacious 2 bed, 2 bath condo in a safe and quiet community with a stellar location in the Catalina Foothills. The small gated community has a shared pool and hot tub. Just a 3 min bike ride to hop on the amazing Chuck Huckelberry Loop recreation trail where you can bike for miles and miles without crossing traffic (137 miles of paved connected pathways)! Just a 10 min drive to Sabino Canyon in the Coronado National Park and many other excellent hiking trails and golf courses. The condo is also across the street from a Whole Foods and just a short drive to many other stores and shops.
The scenery in Tucson is breathtaking, it's a UNESCO City of Gastronomy and a year-round outdoor playground, including Saguaro National Park home to the iconic saguaro cactus.
If you've never been to Tucson, you're in for a treat. If you're a regular to the area, then you'll appreciate our great location!
More about the space...the condo has tall 12 foot vaulted ceilings and an open concept kitchen and living room. Bedrooms each have new, high-quality, comfortable mattresses, their own full bath, large walk-in closets, and dedicated work spaces. For mid-winter days with a chill, you can cozy up with the gas fireplace. And on sunny days (most days in Tucson!) you will enjoy sunning or dining in the private patio....or enjoying time at the pool and hot tub. You'll also have access to use the two car garage, large enough for vehicles that are 19 feet long.
If you like to cook, you'll be excited to find a fully-equipped kitchen with all-new appliances and granite countertops! Or grill out on the new Weber gas grill on the patio.
