Are you looking for a great getaway / family vacation to the best lake around? Higgins Lake was ranked the 6th Most beautiful lake to visit. It's crystal clear waters remind you of the Caribbean. When the day is coming to an end, sit back on the patio and watch for deer as they often make their way thru the property while heading to the state land nearby.
Large cottage with over 3400 sq ft of living space including the basement, located in Higgins Lake Area which was rated 6th most beautiful lake to visit. This property sits beautifully on 3/4 acre with lake views 6 months a year. The main floor master suite includes a 5x11 walk in closet and large bath. There's a 2nd bedroom and bath on the main floor and a 3rd bedroom on the lower level along with a 3rd bath. Large living room with gas fireplace, family room downstairs with Pool Table and TV.
This cottage is located in the prime area of the southwest corner of Higgins Lake. With many year round outdoor activities nearby, including some of our favorites, hiking/mountain biking trails, South Higgins lake state park just over a mile away, Sam-O-Set beach is also nearby, boating, fishing, ATV/UTV/ORV/Snowmobile trail head is just few miles away as well. We are also roughly 3 miles from the cross country ski headquarters.
Many boat launches around the lake, closest boat launch is just .25 miles away. overnight mooring is not allowed.
