Summary: Check in was easy. But there were a few places that were very dirty. The clean up crew is not very good. The bathroom still had hair and private hair on the toilet and bathroom floor. Fake eyelashes and hair in the living room and the other eye lash is in the sunroom. Stains on the quilts and bean bags. The hot tub they told me was drained, cleaned, and refilled. But the green water and the brown stain around the water level says otherwise. I took pictures and emailed them immediately. It’s been 3 days and I still have not heard anything back from them.
