This 2 level comfortable townhome sleeps 8 and has everything needed to make this a memorable vacation. With 2 bedrooms, small den , 2.5 baths, full laundry facilities and an open concept living area and gourmet kitchen this home has it all. Located in a quiet and convenient area of the complex, you are sure to enjoy this bright, sunny and private setting. The private balcony off the living area offers outdoor dining and a gas grill with views of the greenbelt below. A covered outdoor patio off the master and 2nd bedroom provide a nice spot to sit and relax or read. Two flat screen HD TV's, DVD player, stereo, high speed internet and board games offer many options for your entertainment. The complex is walking distance to Del Mar fairgrounds/race track, Old Del Mar, renowned Cedros design/shopping district, weekend farmer's market and the Solana Beach Amtrak/coaster train depot, as well as many great restaurants! You can walk everywhere and there is a CVS just down the street-- so there is really no need for a car!

Summary: Wonderful stay at this beautiful property! Loved layout with bedrooms on lower floor & upper level for family time together. My grandson enjoyed the TV nook while adults were able to have adjoining space to relax together, inside or on the roomy deck. Walkable to coffee shops & restaurants. Secure covered parking was nice bonus! Complex was very well maintained, including pool & hot tub area. Beach was great, but there are lots of stairs to reach it. However, you can access it, without stairs, via a short walk down the street to Fletcher’s Cove. Mariam, who showed us around the property, was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us settle in with ease. We would definitely highly recommend this property, and area, to those looking for a safe, beautiful place to unwind. We are a family ranging in age from 8 to late 60’s and found something for everyone!
