This contemporary condo is located in the heart of Hideaway Valley, amidst 4.5 miles of awe-inspiring hiking trails at the Offield Family Viewlands Reserve. Winding paved paths throughout the property will provide the opportunity at certain locations to take in the breathtaking views of Little Traverse Bay and the Inland Waterway. A quick 8-minute trip to Nub’s Nob and The Highlands of Harbor Springs, the perfect location for an adventure seeker or those looking for a peaceful setting to escape to. Step inside the condo to neutral tones, an updated kitchen and a large dining room table perfect for meals, playing cards or doing puzzles. Enjoy the outdoors on one of the two private decks or hang out in the lower level on the sprawling daybed couches – a great spot to relax. The main level of the condo offers the kitchen, living and dining room space as well as a half bathroom. The stairs to the upper-level consists of two bedrooms and one full bathroom and the lower level offers the second living area and second full bathroom. Linens for the twin daybeds located in the lower level are available upon request. If the hiking trails on property are not enough, Hideaway Valley includes an outdoor seasonal heated pool (please inquire to double check your dates as it does close each season and is usually prepping for reopening each Spring). A full length basketball court, one tennis court and two pickleball courts are also available on property, weather permitting. Comfortable, well-maintained and ready for you to visit up north! *Fireplace is inoperable.
