Summary: Pros-The rv was clean on the inside. We felt safe during our stay. The owner was quick to fix a problem. We loved seeing all of the deer at night and how calm it felt. Cons- The first thing we noticed when we pulled up was how tall the vegetation(grass, weeds) was around the trailer. We ended ip getting stickers in our shoes and pants just trying to get in the door. They had a small area that was mowed, but the rest of the area went up to our knees. The picnic table was even surrounded by tall vegetation and didn’t look inviting to sit at anyhow. The picnic table had a brick as one of the legs. The other issue was the sewage smell coming from the bathroom. It was soo bad, that we struggled to sleep on our second night there.
