Summary: Room wasn’t that clean, sheets looked like they weren’t fresh. They gave us a room with no remote control knowing the tv wasn’t working. They did try to give us a different room but we had to get to our event of the night. We ate breakfast at the buffet and they only came around once to ask if we needed anything.
