Private and secluded, yet just 5-7 miles from any major attraction including Vina Robles Amphitheater, Paso Robles Event Center, and Downtown Paso. Along the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail taste some of Paso’s finest wines from Villa San Juliette, Graveyard Cellars, and Hearst Ranch Winery…or explore over 200+ wineries throughout the Paso Robles AVA. This ranch is perfect for 2 couples, a small family or a romantic getaway and those with the most discerning of tastes and desire of privacy. A complimentary bottle of wine awaits your arrival.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The master bedroom faces east and is perfect to rise to the sun. Sink into the king size bed adorned with crisp, high thread count cotton linens and a cotton duvet. The master has views of the rolling hills and French doors that lead to the backyard, along with a 36”smart TV. Don’t forget to bring your Netflix or Prime account number to watch your favorite movies from bed.
Bedroom two faces west…perfect to watch the sunset. It also has a French door that leads to the front porch, along with a built-in desk and ceiling fan.
Both bedrooms share the bathroom with large walk-in shower and vanity supplied with personal amenities.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
The heart of the home is the great room…kitchen, dining and living room…in a bright open space.
The centerpiece is the Kitchen’s island with seating for 3 on eclectic metal stools. The kitchen has stainless appliances, a 6-burner stove with pot filler and a whole host of cook’s gadgets and service ware for the gourmet chef in you.
Centered around the wood-burning fireplace is a leather sofa with seating for 3 and an antique side chair…all with views of the 42” TV.
Adjacent to the kitchen and living area is a dining area with a gorgeous wood table and seating for 4.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
French doors off the kitchen leads to the entertainer’s backyard, complete with a trellis-covered table with seating for 6, a gas BBQ and a wood-burning grill. The window from the kitchen opens wide for food pass through and functions as a bar with seating for 3.
After dinner, gather round the firepit as you sip on your favorite after dinner drink and enjoy the star-filled skies.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry room. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. Please help yourself and replace whatever you use up.
PROVISIONS
Smart & Final is the nearest grocer, located on Spring Street at 20th in Paso. A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick and Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits.

Paso is packed with great restaurants. Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options.
