Experience luxury in a home from the early 19th century that was lovingly restored from the studs up. This beautiful home is situated in the quaint seaside town of Swansboro NC, walking distance from the areas best restaurants and dockside fishing. It is nestled on a quiet street with a wonderful heated Saltwater pool (heated April, May, September and October for $75/day fee), 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a media room. We rent Fri-Fri weekly from June-August and 2-day minimums all other months. If you want the pool heated please let your host know at least 2 days in advance as it takes 4-8 hrs to bring the pool to temperature (82°) depending on the starting temps of the water.

Summary: Stunning historical home with a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. The property also features a great pool and bonus room, with plenty of space throughout. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to restaurants, making it even more convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!
