Our charming holiday flat in Friedrichskoog-Spitze is centrally located, quiet and right on the dyke.
With a direct view of the dyke from every room, the North Sea and the Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea are close enough to touch.
The beach and the famous Trischendamm are only 200 metres from the flat as the crow flies and can be reached quickly on foot. The centre of Friedrichskoog-Spitze is also only 400m away.
The house is located in a quiet residential area without through traffic (dead end).
The family-friendly flat was freshly renovated and lovingly furnished in June 2021. It has a living and dining area with a modern, well-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave and much more). With a cosy atmosphere, the flat invites young and old to linger and relax.
The modernised shower room with WC is also located on this level.
In the living room, a steep staircase leads up to the converted attic. Here there are two sleeping areas - each with a double bed (140 x 200 and 120 x 200) - which are separated by a wall. A chest of drawers and two built-in wardrobes provide plenty of storage space.
Opposite the flat on the other side of the corridor (1.50 m) is the second bedroom. This can be an ideal retreat for older children, parents or grandparents. The room is furnished with a double bed (140x200) and a wardrobe. The existing baby cot (120 x 60) incl. changing mat can also be placed here.
All rooms are equipped with laminate flooring and modern infrared heaters.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels can be rented for a fee or you can simply bring your own.
A free private car park is allocated to the flat and is located directly on the property.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the communal room for a fee.
The house is situated on a plot with spacious lawns and green areas where you can play or relax.
The terrace at the back of the garden is available for all parties to use.
Here you can barbecue or simply enjoy the fresh sea air.
Bicycles and pushchairs can be stored in the garage. Garden furniture, a barbecue and play equipment are also available there.
Family friendliness is very important to us.
As we have a child ourselves, we know how full the car can get when you go on holiday. For this reason, we have made the flat as family-friendly as possible.

The centre of Friedrichskoog-Spitze is only 400m away.
Here you will find, among other things:
- Tourist service, restaurants with regional cuisine, ice cream parlour, bakery, bicycle hire, go-kart hire, boutiques, souvenir shops and much more.
Whether young or old - there is plenty on offer here.
You can go for long walks or great bike rides along the dyke. A walk on the famous Trischendamm, which extends 2.2 kilometres into the sea, is a must and highly recommended. Beautiful sunsets can also be seen here.
The green beach is divided into one area:
- for sports and activities e.g. kite flying for families with lifeguards for dog owners for nudists
Beach chairs can be hired in all areas.
Various mudflat and dyke hikes are offered by the Wadden Sea Protection Centre.
There is also a large active playground directly on the beach as well as an outdoor fitness park and a sports field. There is also a mini-golf course and go-kart/bicycle hire in the centre.
In the immediate vicinity are

The next largest town is Marne, 16 km away.
The nearest harbours are approx. 40 km away in Büsum and Brunsbüttel.
