VILLA LUCAS is very nice and comfortable. There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a very large shower room. The twin room has a PlayStation with many different games. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher and all the necessary pots and plates for eight people. Each bedroom and the living room have air conditioning. The satellite The television shows international satellite channels. The pool terrace is large and equipped with sun beds and dining table. The naya area provides nice shade over the large dining table that seats six. An umbrella is also available. The outdoor shower is right by the pool and is very useful on hot summer days. The pool is larger than usual and has a curvilinear shape with stairs to the flat end, which is about 1.5 m, and goes to the deep end, which is 2.2 m. The pool cleaner comes at least twice a week in summer and ensures the high quality water of the pool. The sea view is very nice due to the location of the villa. The sun stays on the terrace all day and slowly sets at 7 p.m. Up to three cars can be parked in the private parking lot under the villa.
The Cumbre Del Sol is a mountain located between the cities of Moraira, Benitachel and Javea. This is a residential area away from noise and traffic. The nearest local Cumbre Beach is just a two minute drive away. There are two bars on the pebble beach, where paella, etc. is served, and live music is played on Saturday evenings. The beach of Cumbre, called Moraig, is very dramatic, with high peaks that lean over it and with its very unspoilt landscape, it is the perfect place to relax. Local shops and restaurants are a short drive away. There you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, a newspaper shop and various restaurants. On the cumbre there is a national park with breathtaking walks along the coast, where wild flowers, rosemary and thyme grow in abundance. This part of Spain has been recognized by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest places in the world. There are many local fiestas that take place throughout the year and visitors are very welcome. On festive days, the cities turn into a big street party. There are local markets every week where you can buy various items, from vegetables to small pieces of furniture.

There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one with bath and the other, with very big walk in shower room. The twin bedroom also has a PlayStation with many different games. Kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, dishwasher all utensils and fully stocked with saucepans and plates necessary for eight people if needed. Every bedroom has an A / C and one in the living room. The Sat. TV is showing international free satellite channels. The pool terrace is big with eight sun loungers and cushions on it. The Naya area is very big and gives lovely shade over big dining table and seating for six. There is also a sun umbrella. The outside shower is right by the pool and very useful in hot summery days. The pool is bigger than usual and curvy shape with stairs to the shallow end which is around 1.5m and going to deep end which is 2.2m. The pool cleaner comes to clean the pool at least two times per week in the summer and takes care of pool and quality of water. The sea view is quite close due to position of the villa and very nice at the evenings when sun goes down. The sun stays on the terrace all day long, slowly going down around 7pm at early outside the garden is very well maintained and there are lemon trees where you can take lemons for your cold drinks. The private parking under the villa which is accessed from the bottom street can take more cars, even 3 if needed. you need to know that stairs are on the plot. overall this villa will give you a perfect holiday feeling and the owners will take care for your comfortable stay.
