After traveling around France as a tenant, we put our luggage in Vendée, in this second home that we have carefully furnished and decorated.
About 25 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne and about 7 minutes by car from the beach, this 120m2 house, entirely on one level, has 4 bedrooms:
* 3 bedrooms with double beds,
* 1 bedroom with two single beds,
a walk-in shower and a bathtub, television, washing machine / dryer, dishwasher, garage, barbecue, plancha ...
It can accommodate up to 8 people + 1 baby - travel cot, high chair and changing mat that can be made available.
Pets allowed. Parties not accepted (neighbors around who live there year round). Security deposit required.
Linen package 5Euro (s) / pers. for the duration of the stay.
Cleaning fee at departure 90Euro (s) for one week rental.
Board games and books are available.

Summary: Large modern, bright and airy four bedroom property. Has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you should need, like home from home. Large modern bathroom with shower and bath. Unfortunately not as clean as we would have liked, there were dog hairs on and under the sofa and cob webs under sink in toilet, dirty doors, just little things like that but enough to bear comment. Gardens were a little unkempt too. We had a listing issue whereby our booking was through the UK VRBO site and the information provided, regarding linen and cleaning, was cheaper than that quoted on the French site, which we had no visibility to nor knowledge of. This was resolved by us taking our own linen and towels and we cleaned the property ourselves before departure. Marie was going to raise the issue with the French listing site as she also had no knowledge of the differences. Marie was very quick to respond to our messages, even when it was late at night and she did offer to cancel at no cost to us, which was kind of her. But it was all a bit too close to our arrival date to enable us to find somewhere more reasonably priced. (Have just checked the listing on VRBO and it is still showing the lower prices for linen etc. as at 27th Sept). All in all, this did not in any way spoil our holiday and we would recommend the property to others.
