Positive: office that hands over the keys, keeps siesta, so after 4pm you're able to pick them up. english and spanish speaking, and friendly. A/C working well, plenty of pots and pans to help you do some cooking, nice terrace and pool in front of the apartment.
Negative: bathroom downstairs very small, beds a bit hard, but comfy enough.
Summary: value for money, nice pool, terrace and sufficient space for 3-4 persons.
