The house is located in the holiday village Eckwarderhörne in the immediate vicinity of the dike, the ferry dock (u. Passenger / bicycle ferry to Wilhelmshaven) and a holiday village belonging to 50 000 square meters gr. Inland lake (with a ca. 500 qm gr. Sandliegewiese directly on the lake, swimming pontoons and jetties). The beach Eckwarderhörne with the beach hall, lighthouse, ferry terminal and starting point for guided mudflats with Matthias Schulz is about 800 m.
In idyllic and away from the traffic happening holiday village there is the dike inn "To'n Spieker", bike rental, children's playground and a 1,000 square meter playground with beach volleyball court, badminton field, basketball basket, outdoor table tennis, sandpit and swings.
