Welcome to our fantastic finca SON VERI with space for up to 6 people, 250 m2 of living space, more than 70,000 m2 of dream plot and private 7 m x 4 m saltwater swimming pool.
The house has recently been restored and is in a beautiful location in full contact with nature. In the adjacent fields there are sheep, horses and a variety of native bird species.
This is one of unfortunately only a few typical Mallorcan country fincas that is still managed as a family tradition. Therefore, the owner is often on site to take care of feeding the animals and always make sure everything is going well. Our guests often enjoy fresh farm eggs! Oranges and lemon trees also provide a healthy vitamin boost for breakfast!
The Finca SON VERI has three bedrooms (2 x double bed, 1 x with single beds, all with their own air conditioning) and two complete bathrooms with shower. An additional bathroom with shower is located at the pool area.
On the ground floor there is the large living room with a long dining table, the kitchen opposite, which is equipped with an oven, microwave and dishwasher, one of the bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms. There is of course WiFi internet, satellite TV and also a grill. From the entrance hall you can reach the upper floor via a staircase where the second bedroom is laid out like an open gallery and the third bedroom behind it is also where the second bathroom is located.
It is worth mentioning a museum room dedicated to the preservation of tools and objects from Mallorca's oldest rural tradition. The property is less than 10 minutes' drive from Llucmajor and the capital Palma, whose harbor and historic center are well worth seeing. The weekly market takes place every Friday. One of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Es Trenc can be reached quickly via the motorway connection. From there you can visit the island of Cabrera or other beautiful beaches such as Colonia de Sant Jordi, Ses Covetes and Cala Pi. For golf lovers, a 10-minute drive takes us to the Son Antem and Maioris courses
