The property disposes of a covered veranda with outdoor area, stunning views onto the nearby hills and is surrounded by silence and the sound of nature. Stairs to the 2nd floor (closed with a security gate for kids): 1 double bedroom with 1 single bed settee, windows with wonderful views, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 walk-through single bedroom with big window doors (which can be darkened) and views onto the garden and olive grove, from here access to the backside of the garden, within this single bedroom access to 1 another double bedroom.From the salon on the 1st floor within a window door exit onto an outdoor area with a table and sofa (wicker), 4 sunbeds (wicker), direct access to the pool area. Well-cared and elegant country style furnishings with “Provençal” elements, pastel colours and romantic details in “shabby” style. There is also a washing machine. The water in the house is purified and therefore drinkable. The spacious garden offers various relaxing areas, equipped with a table, chairs. Parking within the grounds. Airconditioning in the house, there is a fan in the single bedroom, as there is no a/c in this bedroom.
