Cozy house with pool and its own garden in the Mallorcan village of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar. The house, with 195 m2 of built surface and 150 m2 of garden, has two double rooms and a suite, as well as a living room with two single beds. It also has a spacious living room, separate kitchen and two full bathrooms. The house is very bright. Both the living room, the porch, the kitchen and the terrace are oriented to the south. It has a wood burning fireplace, air conditioning and Wi-Fi coverage. Both the architecture and the decoration combine the style of the early s. XX with the comforts and facilities of a house completely renovated in 2012.
The garden has a large lawn area surrounded by orange trees, other fruit trees and bamboo poles. In the center is the swimming pool and the solarium, equipped with hammocks. It also has a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Ideal for a relaxing family or couple vacation.
Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is a small rural town in Majorca of about 3,000 inhabitants. Although it is very close to the coast (10 km), it preserves a good part of the traditional rhythm of life in Mallorca. Its houses also preserve the traditional Mallorcan typology with their stone facades. It is located in the center of a valley surrounded by mountains. In the town there is an extensive pedestrian area, with restaurants, cafes and shops. Tonineta is located about 100m from the church square, the center of the town. The weekly market takes place on Thursdays in the church square. Local festivals are in mid-August and early September.
