This wonderful holiday home is located in beautiful Småland directly on a lake and is a Småland holiday idyll for families and anglers with really the best equipment.
The lake "Gårdsjön" with its own jetty is about 30 m directly in front of you, the small fish-rich "Gölen" is about 150 m behind the house in a valley and the large one, known beyond the borders of southern Sweden as one of the best zander waters lake Rusken is only about 500 m away on foot.
If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation and still expect an acceptable connection to the infrastructure of daily life, you have come to the right place in Skuggebo.
The approx. 160 square meter main house, the sauna house and the original Lappish barbecue hut (both can be rented for an extra charge) are located on a approx. 2,500 square meter plot. Only the small and little-used road to Sandvik runs between the house and the lake.
The furnishing and equipment of the holiday home is fresh and modern. All furniture and furnishings have been purchased new (2021). There are conveniences such as a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, comfortable beds, rowing boat and satellite TV with German programs.
Outside, on the very spacious terrace, you have sufficient terraces and garden furniture for relaxation.
And if you want to have a really rustic and adventurous barbecue, you can rent the original Lappish barbecue hut. It is right on the property.
The small rowing boat 3.90 m down by the lake is included in the house price. Use it for fishing and exploring the lake. On request and depending on availability, up to 3 larger aluminum fishing boats "Type Linder Fishing 440" with 4 to 6 hp four-stroke engines and appropriate equipment can also be rented for use in Lake Rusken.
At the sauna house there is a covered outdoor area with water and a stainless steel filleting table for gutting the fish. In Sandvik there is also a beautiful sandy beach with a lawn and picnic benches.
