Positive: Quaint little home in the suburbs. Easy to get to from train station. Plenty of supermarkets, food places and shopping nearby. Felt very comfortable after a busy day sightseeing. Was a little squishy for the three of us, but obviously very spacious for the area and much nicer than being separated in a hotel. Everything was provided that we could need and great to have our own cooking facilities rather than have to eat out every night. Instructions sent were very easy to follow and we easily found the place. There was a damp smell throughout the home, the air purifier did help this a little, but I am unfortunately very sensitive to damp. The personal touches made it feel very welcoming.
Negative: Damp smell.
