Villa Garraf is an exclusive villa located in the natural park El Garraf, not far from the beach villages of Sitges and Vilanova, and metropolitan Barcelona. The estate dates from the 16th century and is the perfect location for families, friends, and special occasions for groups up to 150 guests. Its breathtaking botanic garden with romantic lounges offers privacy and guarantees the ultimate holiday experience. The proximity to the Mediterranean coast also ensures a year-round outstanding climate.
The oldest part of this historical home "Can" or "Masia" in Catalan) dates from the 16th century. A large portion of the decorative pieces and furniture are antiques, collected by the owners over the years. Updates have conserved original elements of the villa while adding modern touches. The beautiful gardens took decades to create and are lovingly attended to. The property has views on the tower "Torre del Veguer" and its vineyards, where monks started to plant grapes in the 15th century.
The villa is located on more than 20,000 m² of private grounds (almost five acres), which are divided into two levels. The pool area can be found on the lowest level, surrounded by a large, flat grass field. It features sun beds, umbrellas, a lounge area, and a pond. Also a small patio is located on this level. The villa is located on the level above with its barbeque area and a slowly dripping fountain with greenery and resident fish - a small oasis. From this area, and upon entering the Gazebo house, you can overlook the lawned pool area and vineyards. On the other side of the villa, a lounge area with pool view can be found. The White House is situated separate from the main villa and has a vegetable garden with chickens and several romantic sitting areas. Finally, in the garden, you will find the Cottage surrounded by big aloe vera plants.

A pleasant drive through the vineyards leads to the entrance gate to Villa Garraf. The estate is divided into three buildings. The entrance to the Main Villa, with origins from the 16th century, has a spacious foyer and a two-floored library (the ground floor has a desk with telephone and iPod dock, a lounge area with plasma TV, DVD player and a nice selection of DVDs, with an extended book collection on the first floor). The entrance hall itself has two enormous stone arches from the 16th century and hosts a cozy lounge with fireplace. To the left of the main entrance is the formal dining room with seating for up to 22 guests. Next to it is the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, two sinks, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, orange juicer, blender, cooking basics, and plenty of dishes and glassware. Also available are laundry essentials, and a storage room with iron, vacuum, cleaning products, and a first aid kit. From the kitchen is direct access out to the veranda. The outdoor barbecue is situated next to a romantic fountain and lounge area.
On the first floor is the master bedroom, featuring an ensuite bathroom and large private terrace with magnificent views over the vineyards. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom. Also on this floor are two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Up on the second floor are two more double bedrooms with a shared bathroom and terrace. The library also has air conditioning.
The White House, located just steps from the main villa, offers three double bedrooms for six guests and a large, two shared bathroom. It has stunning views of the surroundings, its own terrace and is located next to the vegetable garden. Situated 30 meters from the main villa is the Cottage. This building sleeps four guests and features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen - perfect for couples with children. There is also a terrace overlooking the garden park.
Upon arrival guests will be welcomed with a seasonal fruit and vegetable basket, with produce from the garden and fresh eggs from the chickens.
