This absolutely private and peaceful family villa Aspruga is located among bloomy olive groves in a hillside location, near the famous sandy beach Komos(2,5km), traditional village Pitsidia (1km) and traditional village Kamilari(1km) away from all the everyday noises.From the house you can admire the tranquility, the beautiful unspoilt natural landscapes and peace of mind to the high demand of today's tourists.It is ideal for nature lovers and has an panoramic country view where you can enjoy sun,sea and mountains, as well as unforgettable sunsets! Villa Aspruga offers our guests complete peace and privacy, with no immediate neighbors.
Our secluded villa is a really comfortable house, which consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 big living room and 1 kitchen. The 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are in a place just besides the main house(extra block). It is located in a big garden with heated swimming pool, BBQ, grill outdoor and a comfortable sitting area. With this structure our villa can accommodate up to 9 people and make it ideal for 4 couples, big families and groups of friends as it offers absolutely privacy and seclusion when desired! The villa is totally private and all its outdoor area is at your disposal to make the most of your stay!
Outdoor
You can enjoy our private swimming pool (dimensions: 1,45m deep & 4X7m) equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool can also be heated (surcharge upon request the cost is 30euro per day). It also offers beautiful view of the village Pitsidia, mountains and small part of the sea. During cooler days the swimming pool can be heated upon request. At the swimming pool area there is a huge lawn covered garden surrounded with aromatic herbs. All the garden area and pool area are fenced and is tottaly safe for the kids to play. You may spend your day by the pool relaxing and sunbathing and then have your dinner or lunch in the covered shaded area, with big dinning table next to the barbeque facilities. Each point of the garden and pool area offers breathtaking view of the surrounding area and the sunsets. The whole plot is about 5.000m2 all surrounded with olive trees and herbs.
Indoor
The main house is around 180m2 and consists of 3 bedrooms. 1 Masterbedroom with 1 double bed, private big bathroom, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also one more big common bathroom. Villa Aspruga has a very big and comfortable living area with 2 sofas, stone fireplace and big windows offering plenty of natural light and view of the surrounding area. There is also a big fully-equiped kitchen. Our villa is also equipped with floor heating for the winter and cooling for the summer and in each room there is also available A/C.
There is the separate place besides the main house -extra block (with surcharge) which is around 50m2 with 1 big bedroom with 2 single beds that can be set as double, and we can add 1 additional single bed upon request and 1 big bathroom.
Change of towels & linen is scheduled once a week. If you wish more frequent , can be done with surcharge-upon request.
Surrounding Area
Everything you need, such as large stores, banks, hospital, post office, medical specialist care, weekly market etc. are located just 13 km in the town of Mires.
In a small distance, in the village Pitsidia (1.5km) you can find supermarket, family taverns, cafe, bakery and pharmacy. The nearest and most beautiful beach is Komos (1.5 Km). But there are many other beaches nearby, such as Matala,Red Beach, Kalamaki etc You can visit also some famous archeological sites such as Phaistos, Gortina, Agia Triada, Matala, etc. You can also visit taverns in nearby villages such as Pitsidia Kamilari, Matala, Sivas and Kalamaki where you can try traditional Cretan recipes which are served with local products. You can also try for hiking or biking or sightseeing as well. You should definitely try wine and Tsipoudia (Raki). If you like nightlife you can visit Matala famous touristic village (4km) where you can find plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, live music and Greek dancing places.
