High standard Premium duplex apartment for 4 guests, completely renovated and located very central of Malaga. It is an interior apartment and you access to it through a traditional Andalusian patio. You will not hear any noise so the place is perfect for a good rest. Natural light might be an inconvenient but we guess that you will be enjoying Malaga, for example the 'Mercado de Atarazana': 650m, Malagas Cathedral: 650. The shopping street Larios and its surroundings: 600m A nice walk through 'Paseo del Parque' beside the port to 'Muelle Uno': 1500m or maybe having a great lunch or a swim at Malagueta Beach: 2km The Picasso Museum is also 650m away from the duplex. If you have time, the train station 'Malaga Centro Alameda' is 1km away and you can visit Malagas biggest shopping center Plaza Mayor or go to Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Fuengirola and even bring and take you to the airport. It is the same train, it pass every 20 min until more or less 11pm
Our duplex is completely renovated, located on the ground floor with a beautiful Andalusian 'patio'. It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, a bathroom with shower and the kitchen is equipped with wash machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, dryer, Smart TV and WiFi free of charge. You have air condition is the living room. The duplex has an automatic air change which change the air every hour. There is an option of parking 50m away from the apartment. Prices must be provided by the staff there but according to other guests, they are quite flexible. More days = better price. We do kindly ask you not to use the patio to sit as this is not allowed.
Pets are accepted. € 30 per booking. Ask us about our nice Pet KitRules: Pets are not allowed to use beds, sofa, etc. Please don´t leave your pet alone in the holiday home and also try to avoid noise.
Note:
Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day
Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.
Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options:
Picking up the keys at the property´s office for free - Picking up the keys at the apartment for an extra late check-in fee of 50EUR to be paid out at arrival
You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.
A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
