Summary: My family liked the look and lay out of the tree house, the fire pit ,the hot tubi and the ease of communication with the host. It takes about 8 mins to walk to the lake. We did not like the very unsafe parking which was steep and unpaved and also very unsafe to walk up and down to. I almost fell down several times going to my car which we ended up parking below the uphill lot. Then comes bedtime!! My daughter had to sleep in the bed with us because the loft had a certain smell, was dirty with pet hair all over the pillows and beddings and dead insects on the floor with small flies flying around. I had to sweep the floor on the loft and left it there for the cleaner to see so they can do a better job next time. I also had to wrap the pillows with the clean towels in the main bed where we all slept just so we are not inhaling those pet hairs. I don’t know what those small tiny dark spots are in all the beds, I prayed and hoped those are not bed bugs! We had to sleep in our long sleeve and long pants with socks and hair cover just to make sure! I asked my husband if we could just leave that night and go home but he did not want to drive through the mountains at night! I wish I can attach pictures here! We would not recommend unless the owner makes changes for other people's sake which I tried to tell him but there was no response!
