Summary: A solid C. The Ikea furniture wasn't assembled correctly and broke up on contact twice, otherwise is fine, not great. I could have done without the Christian art in the living room and the bible displayed in the living room. It was very off-putting. When I reached out for more than two washclothes the host responded quickly.
