As you step inside, you`ll be greeted by the inviting ambiance of the main living space, accessible from the second-story deck. Adjacent to the living area, a spacious kitchen awaits, fully equipped to handle all your culinary adventures.

Our home is nestled in the serene and well-appointed community of Towamensing Trails.
Situated amidst the captivating Pocono region, this area boasts an array of notable attractions,
including the renowned Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Destinations, thrilling indoor water parks,
exhilarating ATV adventures, pulse-pounding paintball arenas, invigorating white water rafting,
the historically significant Jim Thorpe, scenic horseback riding trails, picturesque state parks,
exceptional golf courses, abundant fishing spots, the lively Mount Airy Casino, the popular Crossing Outlets, and the exciting Pocono Raceway.
Within a mere 10-minute walk or 5-minute drive from our home, you will find a host of fantastic
amenities provided by the community:
• A picturesque 190-acre lake, fed by natural springs (please note that a PA fishing license is
required for fishing enthusiasts)
• A meticulously maintained sandy beach, open for your enjoyment from Memorial Day to Labor Day
• A refreshing community pool, available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day (weekends
only until Father`s Day weekend)

Each booking at our home entitles you to 8 wristbands, granting access to the community`s
seasonal amenities, including the pool, lake, beach, tennis courts, and more. Additionally, you will receive a pass for your vehicle(s).
They have the 1 and 2 person kayak for rent. It`s $20 (cash) per hour, $10 each additional half
hour. Minimum age to rent is 18. And they need an ID along with a wristband.
Rest assured that our community is private and family-friendly, with round-the-clock security
patrols ensuring your peace of mind. To maintain a serene atmosphere, quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 9 am. The speed limit is strictly enforced throughout the community. As per community guidelines, guests are required to read and sign the Towamensing Trails Rules
of Conduct before gaining access. Any fines incurred for violating community rules will be the
responsibility of the renter.

The community only allow us to have 8 amenity passes, no extra passes can be purchased.
This is the community guidelines. There is also a community form that needs to be filled out in
order to receive your 8 wristbands and trash compactor pass, guest are responsible to fill this
form out and read entire messages that are sent out via this platform. failure to not fill out form
and not get your amenity passes we are not liable for.
Other Things to Note:
Pets: Sorry this is a pet free home, due to allergies of the home owner.
We are located in a private community which requires you to fill out a guest registration
form for security purposes. Guest registration form will include full names and ages of each
guest as well as vehicle information for each vehicle entering the community. Names on
submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving
Please note that guests will receive 8 amenity badges for the length of their stay but community
form must be filled out in order to receive your wristbands. (if failure to read out messages sent
out via platform with guest community form link, we are not responsible if you don`t receive your
wristbands ) Badges are for adults and children above the age of 5. Children under 5 do not
need any badges to access the community`s amenities.
Important Info:
***Security Deposit: Airbnb bookings do not require a security deposit. However, due to a
software glitch in syncing our Airbnb listing with other platforms that may have such deposits, it
might appear as if one is required. Rest assured, if you book directly through Airbnb, no security
deposit will be necessary.***
In the winter months, it is highly advisable to have access to a vehicle equipped with All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or 4x4 capabilities. Although our roads are paved, heavy snowfall is possible, and having AWD or 4x4 will significantly enhance your mobility and safety.
Please note that we offer a starter pack of household essentials including paper towels, toilet
paper, garbage bags, and dish detergent. Additionally, if the property features a dishwasher,
washer, and dryer, cleaning agents for those are also provided. We strongly advise guests
staying for longer durations or with larger groups to bring their own supplies beyond the starter
pack. Once the complimentary essentials are depleted, guests are responsible for replenishing
them.
Furthermore, the house comes equipped with cooking ware such as pots, pans, plates, utensils,
and baking dishes. However, personal grocery items like seasonings, flour, and sugar are the
responsibility of the guests to provide.
