Positive: The location is perfect.
Negative: The staff is not customer oriented, no information support. There is no kettle, cups, glass, spoons in the room. Unpleasantly close proximity of balconies, where everyone constantly smokes. The standard room is very small, with no hooks for towels/clothes, no shampoo racks in the bathroom.
