Summary: The hotel is beautifully located and has great potential, but the room was quite worn and in need of some updating. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there were no towels available at the pool, and the staff there were not particularly helpful when we asked about them. The restaurant was the biggest disappointment. Despite the restaurant only being about half full, we had to wait more than two hours for a table because, according to the staff, they were understaffed. Once seated, we had to wait a long time for our food. Although the food tasted good, it was not served hot, and the adults’ main courses were forgotten altogether. Even after reminding the staff, we had to wait a considerable amount of time before they arrived. The breakfast, however, was good and offered a nice variety. Overall, while the hotel has a lot of potential and the reception staff were excellent, the restaurant experience and some service issues significantly affected our stay.
