Positive: Great location. Very nice staff. Good beds, and good size room. Nice rooftop. Good breakfast.
Negative: Noise: Extremely noisy until 1am every night. Half the days, in the morning, we had dills and construction just in front of our room. Room: not many shelves to put our clothe, and none at all in the bathroom. Broken things, eg: the faucet of the bathroom is barely standing in place -- just needs to be tightened. Wifi: frequently switches from strong to weak. Not easy if you need to connect to do some remote work.
Summary: Way too much noise. Sporadic Wifi. Otherwise ok.
