Positive: Since we were traveling to a small mountain village, I was not expecting to find the comfort of a brand new structure with attention to detail! The room was superb, with the heating working perfectly, a new comfortable mattress, and premium bedding with a choice of different cushions (which was critical for me as I suffer from neck pain). The owners were very friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed at all times and providing us with useful information about the area. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh croissants, homemade cakes, and genuine products from local farmers. And lastly, I need to mention they have a ski storage with heaters for your ski boots!!! Wearing warm ski boots in the morning is the best way to start your skiing day! We'll definitely come back!
Negative: There is no real reception desk, you have to walk into the breakfast room, but this was never an issue as we always found the owners there for us, ready to help in any way they could.
Summary: Great confortable structure with super nice owners and great breakfast! Highly recommended!
