Positive: Excellent, clean, cozy, functional house boat - as described on site. Splendid seaviews and accessible infrastructure (better with car, but also available bikes). The closest beach - 7 minutes walk - one of the best for kids. Interior has everything necessary, host - quick responses and detailed instructions. Accessible hospitality industry in the near. Enough parkplace in front of the house boat.
Negative: External sounds host can't impact - there are discos (at nights till 4 a.m.) and working fishermen ships (in the morning since 5 a.m.) - so you should better bring some earplugs.
