4 Bedroom Villa in Fouras

Typical Fourasine house, hyper downtown with all amenities and ideal location to discover the attractions of the peninsula on foot or by bike.
"L ESCALE" stone house from the 1930s renovated on 2 levels, accessible by a few steps from the street.
On the raised ground floor, there is the living room composed of a modern fitted kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and a table / counter for 8 people. In the same very bright room, is the lounge area with the sofa, the bar and the flat screen (articulated) TV. The decoration is trendy and the furniture is new. The house is rented all year round and depending on the season and board games, card games are available.
Also on this floor, two double bedrooms with double bed (one of which has a TV) are accessible via sliding doors. New bedding. Separate toilet and bathroom with sink, shower and washing machine.
For the semi-buried basement part, there are also 2 double bedrooms with windows (1 double bed for one and two separate beds for the other of 90cm). Shower room and separate WC.
The 2 floors of the house are connected by a stone staircase by the external courtyard. This large very sunny courtyard, and not overlooked, allows you to live outside. There are tables, chairs, umbrellas, 1 lounge, barbecue, plancha, clothes horse, and 4 bikes (these are available in the small dead end at the back of the courtyard).
It is a very quiet house, without noise pollution with 50 m from the main street the "rue de la halle" where is the fish market and all the shops, cafes, shops and the atmosphere of the town ... ... just above you can discover the vegetable market open every day of the year. The nearest beach is 250 m away, it is the "Grande plage" with its seafront, cafes and restaurants and its Casino. All the beaches like South beach, North beach are also accessible on foot thanks to the strategic location of the house. At the foot of the semaphore or Fort Vauban, there is a large parking lot to leave the car in free parking, either 3 minutes walk from the House. Truth info: you can unload your belongings by parking in Nadeau Street just outside the stairs of the house but you can't park there!
INFO TRUTH: The house is non smoking but in the courtyard ashtrays are available.
Small dogs are accepted subject to confirmation from the owner and a tax of 50 euros.
Cleaning possible at end of stay for 80 euros extra.(notify of intervention when booking)
Rentals are for a minimum of 7 nights with arrival mainly on Saturdays but in summer before 3 p.m. because the streets are closed due to night market. It is the first night market in Charente Maritime by its frequentation !!.
