Located in a quiet area, independent house facing south, 300m from the beach, 500m from Thalassotherapy. Able to accommodate 4-6 people (one double bedroom - 160 bed and one bedroom with a 140 bed and two bunk beds) + an extra convertible sofa. Equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Television, Wi-fi. Garden, terrace, barbecue - enclosed for child safety. Sea view from the terrace equipped with sun loungers, table chairs. Small lawn area for sunbathing.
Parking in front of the property for several possible cars, in complete safety.

Summary: The house is very contemporary and well equipped.It has a spacious living area with large dining table and ample food preparation area.The washing machine is located in a storage room in the garden with an airer and there is a clothes line/pegs in the garden.There is also table, chairs& parasol and loungers.There are 2 double bedrooms -1 with double bed and another with double and bunk beds .There are pillows ,duvet and mattress covers provided but despite informaton in facilites section which says that bed linen and towels are provided it is important to scroll down to the bottom of the page where there is a note saying that a charge will be made for bed linen and towels..To give an idea of the cost we used the double room only and it cost 43euros for hire of towels/bedlinen and teatowels.There is also a charge of 55 euros as a housekeeping bond which was refunded at the end of our stay in addfition to 500 euros which we had already paid to Homeaway as accidental danage which has now also been refunded to our account.The owner contacted us on arrival day and arrangements were made for her housekeeper to meet us at the house at the agreed arrival time.The housekeeper was very welcoming,showed us around the house and gave us her telephone number in case of any problems.I wouldn't have any reservations recommending this property to friends/family but would probably suggest taking bedlinen because we felt it was very expensive in comparison with other houses we've stayed in duing our trip through France.
