It consists of several levels and so everyone can easily isolate themselves, its beautiful bright living room and its exterior allows instead to meet with family or friends. Its three bathrooms are very practical when returning from the beach. Accommodation classified three stars by the tourist office. The neighborhood is very quiet, I ask that travelers respect the neighborhood. NO PARTY OR EVENING.
House of 120 m² located in the Presidents' district, close to shops, restaurants, 10 min walk from the beach and the lively embankment, the casino des pins and its nightclub, 15 min from the Arago market, the zoo, the thalassotherapy center, Lake Tanchet and the sailing school. 1 hour by car from Puy du Fou. It is located 2 min walk from the brand new "park of roses", 2 ha of greenery including a rose garden and super structures for toddlers.
