This is a most ideal setup for large groups visting Chicago. Tons of open space, high ceilings, two common areas, 4 large bedrooms, two full baths, fireplace, and a great layout. The location is amazing and walking distance to restaurants, arts, entertainment, public transit, and so much more.
We're situated on the border of Lake View and Lincoln Park, both of which are two of Chicago's most premier neighborhoods.

It's rare in Chicago not to have buildings on both sides of your own. In this case however we're situated where sunlight can enter all four side of the apartment! You'll find two bedrooms and a full bath on the main level, then on the lower level you'll find another common area plus two more bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry room.
Easy street parking if you have your own car. Others can find easy public transit as we are centrally located.
We can provide guest permits for parking up to 3 vehicles.
We can often accommodate an early check-in time. But we are unable to confirm this until three days prior to your arrival once we know that other guests will not be checking out the same day. In any case, we can allow luggage drop off after 12 pm.
