Enjoy a delightful stay in our spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms house for your St-Petersburg trip. The unit has AC, WIFI and washer/dryer to make your stay comfortable. You can always enjoy using the outdoor pool and drive-way parking. Mins away from the beach, restaurants, cafes, shops, bars, city center, nighclubs. Enjoy visiting Lake Seminole Park, Pinellas Trail, Pinellas County Zoo, Tampa Bay Automobile Museum, Madeira Beach, Redington Beach and Mainlands Golf Course.
We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee
• Pool isn't heated.
• Complimentary and starting basic essentials
• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Pool care: Scheduled weekly. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• There is a locked room that isn't accessible to guests as there's the owner's personal belongings. (Door has a signage).
• Please do not open the garage door nor park your car inside.
• Owner's car will be inside the garage. Please be careful and mindful.
• There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 14 days or more.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $110.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 28 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed. Must be paid before your check-in date.
• Please contact us if you are having trouble increasing or decreasing the thermostat.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
• *Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
