Positive: The place is located in the very quiet village of Baltonlelle The place has 3 bathrooms with toilet and shower (though they are not totally close, so water get's out) The rooms are all located in the upper place, while the kitchen room is down stares (actually a good idea, so no smells in the rooms). The rooms are in different sizes, and all 10 people got accommodated properly. The apartment is located a minute from a wonderful to the lake, where you can go down into the water (almost a private beach) There is free parking inside. The owner of the resident is very nice.
Negative: Not all rooms has mosquito net, so especially the smallest room had no air. There is no fully shower curtain or something else that blocks water from going outside the shower, so all the shower room was full of water. They only accept cash, which caused of a real headache.
Summary: Great place for big group in the wonderful town of Baltonlelle
