With a central location near Old Town, golfing and Spring Training stadiums, you'll love the convenience of being near everything Scottsdale has to offer! This inviting and well appointed home boasts a spacious living space and a large private backyard with a pool & BBQ, plus a fully-equipped kitchen, generously sized bedrooms, and a ping-pong table! Maximum 6 adults and their dependent children.
The master suite faces the pool and includes a king-size bed and it's own en-suite bathroom. Each of the 4 guest bedrooms are well-appointed with individually decorated rooms and plush beds, ensuring each guest enjoys a comfortable stay. Head outside to patio and enjoy all the amenities of the outdoor entertaining area, including a covered patio with seating, perfect for enjoying the warm Scottsdale weather. Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!
The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood. We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the city of Scottsdale, but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our welcome binders!
