Negative: We forgot our kindle in the bedroom. We realised maybe 2h after checkout, but we had already left for the next destination. We spoke to the hotel and they confirmed the kindle was there. When I rang again the next day to make arrangements to recuperate the forgotten item, I was told nothing had been found and to send an email to ask. I sent the email and was later replied that nothing had been found. Very disappointing and poor attitude from the staff
