Il Gabbiano is a characteristic apartment in a small building set in a panoramic position overlooking the Ligurian Sea. It has been skilfully renovated while maintaining unaltered the typical local flavour without renouncing comforts such as the Jacuzzi tub with sea view in the garden. Il Gabbiano is located just above the seaside town of Bordighera in one of the westernmost areas of the Riviera di Ponente, a few kilometres from the more fashionable Sanremo and Nice. Clients will appreciate not only the simple, modern style but also the great livability of the garden and the portico facing the Ligurian Sea.
Interior:
Il Gabbiano is a ground floor apartment with independent entrance with a splendid sea view. The entrance to the property is from the garden with a beautiful portico and an elegant outdoor lounge with satellite TV. The portico leads directly to the modern, fully-equipped kitchen; to the right of the kitchen is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, while behind the kitchen is a triple bedroom with direct exit out to the garden. The property includes a garage suitable for a medium-sized car and an outdoor parking space.
Park:
The 300 sq m fenced garden extends along the front and side of the property where privacy is guaranteed by the curtains and the canopy. The main part, paved in teak, contains the dining, relaxation and sunbathing areas, while in the perimetral and lateral areas, covered by lawn, is a hedge that guarantees even more privacy. At the side of the property in a secluded position, but always with a panoramic view, is the jacuzzi tub (it cannot be heated) that can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The exterior is equipped with a beautiful outdoor kitchen, facing the sea, equipped with two grills.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Pets: Yes, only small size. € 70.00 per animal per week to be paid on site. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
