Positive: The property and the grounds were wonderful! The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable with A/C.

Negative: The rooms lacked some basic amenities (water). Upon arrival and throughout our stay here the staff were not very welcoming/attentive in anyway. Although the hotel and the property were beautiful, the staff did not make any effort to make us feel welcome. You can tell this property is newly built and a lot of thought went into it but I fear the staff hired to work here act like they don’t really care to be working. Breakfast was incredibly limiting and we ended up getting charged an additional 20 euros to add an extra glass of juice and another coffee to our breakfast. I think it would be helpful for the bnb to send a note to guests staying there that they should make a reservation for dinner because dinner was not available when we stayed here and they required advanced notice if we wanted to eat there otherwise their restaurant was closed
