Nestled in the back of a sunny courtyard in the picturesque neighborhood of la roquette, our122m2 house, completely renovated with respect to structure and materials, can accommodate up to 7 people.
You will be able to enjoy the "village" atmosphere of the area while remaining at 5 mn walk from the historical center and the museums.
Furnished with care, the house is located in a nice, quiet and flowery street. A cool and shaded sitting area in the courtyard will allow you to have an aperitif or to rest. On the first floor there is a first living room (with television and board games) and a large, well-equipped kitchen where you can have meals.
The first floor houses a large master bedroom (bed 160) with dressing area, a bathroom with bathtub and double sink, a second living room (convertible into a bedroom with bed 140), a second bedroom of more modest dimensions (bed 140) and a shower room with Italian shower. On the second floor, a small sunny bedroom (bed 130) opening onto a small terrace on the roofs. WIFI access is available in the whole house. It is possible to bring the car to the front of the house to load/unload. For the inauguration week of the "rencontres de la photo", the house is rented for the week only. We provide all linens, sheets, towels, hair dryer, etc. The beds are made and ready on your arrival. You can also borrow our two bicycles to get around.
