Welcome to our Imperfect Palace in the heart of Kenai just a few miles away from the majestic Kenai River, the Kenai dock, and close to both Kenai and Soldotna, and two miles from the Kenai Municipal airport and various car rentals. This well loved family home holds many of our families memories in it she's ready to help you make some of your own. The Imperfect Palace isn't perfect and not all renovations are complete, but she is a large family home with a lot of space including a fenced back yard with a gas grill. The beds are comfortable (one of the king size beds is adjustable) and two of the bathrooms have working jacuzzi tubs. This is the perfect place for your Alaskan adventure, where you can soak in the beauty of the surrounding nature and be within close proximity of all that the Kenai Peninsula has to offer. With the capacity to sleep up to 10, this location is a perfect spot for large families or a group of friends. This well-loved family home which is a tad rough around the edges, has good bones, plenty of space, two living areas and a spacious kitchen that comes well stocked aside from food. It has two separate family rooms for your enjoyment along with four bedrooms and a total of three full bathrooms. This location has everything your group should need to enjoy your stay. In addition to offering a comfortable and inviting space for you and your loved ones to relax and unwind, it is close to four local grocery stores along with a number of small businesses, activities and entertainment options.
Although we realize that fishing is the primary reason for visiting the Kenai, fish cleaning, processing and disposal will not be tolerated at this location. There are a number of public sites for you to utilize regarding this matter in addition to multiple local processing plants. However, we do provide two 6.9 cubic foot chest freezers for your use at this location for you to store your catch. You are welcome to reach out to the rental contacts for further information on this matter. There will be a minimum charge to the card on file of $250.00 for any violation and the possibility of larger assessed fees if property damage
