Finca Ignacio is an impressive 6-bedroom farmhouse with a large private pool and a beautiful mountain backdrop. Set in the idyllic countryside at the foothills of the Tramuntana region and ideally positioned just a 5-minute drive to the desirable resort of Cala San Vicente with a good choice of restaurants and beaches with crystal clear waters. Distributed over two floors the interiors are full of character and charm and comprise a lounge, dining area which are traditional in style and a modern fully equipped kitchen which flow into one another creating a large and airy living space. A double bedroom (air-conditioned) with an en-suite bathroom and an external utility area with a toilet complete the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are five bedrooms, one double and four twins and three shared bathrooms. From the upper hallway, you have access out to a small terrace where you can enjoy the fabulous mountain views. Outside, the house offers spacious grounds and terraces with a gated driveway to a parking forecourt and a fenced garden with mature trees, plants and hedgerows. There is a large private pool, a sun terrace with loungers, a brick-built barbecue area and a covered terrace overlooking the pool with games and dining furniture.
