Fully furnished and air-conditioned wooden chalet, ideally located on the coast, in a residential leisure park with access to all 4 * services in the area (Aquatic center, games for children, snack bar, restaurant, grocery store, entertainment, children's clubs ...) depending on the season. Direct access to the coastal path all year round on foot or by bike.
The 32 m2 chalet includes 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed and the next with 1 double bed and 1 single bed), bathroom, separate WC, a main room with fully equipped kitchen area: Combined fridge-freezer, washing machine dishes, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, 4 gas burners, oven, sofa, TV, reversible air conditioning.
Covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, shaded enclosed garden of 220m2 without vis-à-vis with possibility of bringing the car.
Residential leisure park appreciated for its calm and family side.
Take advantage of the various on-site services: bar, restaurant, grocery store, snack bar, pizza, tennis, water slides, heated pools accessible from April 1 to November 1 (1 indoor heated pool, 1 heated paddling pool, and 1 other heated pool, swimming pool swimming, fishing pool, mini-golf, bike rental, boules courts, coastal path ...
