Indulge in the comfort and tranquility of this family friendly 2 bedroom apartment near the ocean. Just 5 min walk to the beach and across the street from family friendly Bay Oaks Park. this space has everything to make you feel at home; garage, WiFi, internet TV, washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen and tableware. NO smoking, vaping or 420 anywhere on the property.
Visitor parking for a 2nd vehicle is limited and you may have to park on the street. Absolutely no smoking, vaping or 420 anywhere on the property. Check-in before 3pm only available upon request with additional fee of 30% (management has final say on all requests).
Summary of General Rental Policies
A. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
B. All guests shall abide by CROY’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
C. Animals are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation.
D. Renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
E. No smoking / vaping / 420 is permitted anywhere on the premises. The Stealth Smoking Enforcement System is in use in ALL our properties.
F. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
G. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
H. Cancellation Policy: Rental payments (less the booking fee) are fully refundable up until 14 days prior to the reservation.
I. Travel Insurance: We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to help protect against financial loss if you must cancel your reservation for a covered reason.
