The villa offers one of the most beautiful sea views of the Issambres, majestically dominating the gulfs of St Raphael and St Tropez.
The private infinity swimming pool, heated and equipped with a safety shutter, overlooks the omnipresent 'Grande Bleue' - You can also admire it from the living room, 3 of the 4 bedrooms, the balcony and the garden.
All this in the greatest peace and quiet, as the villa is nestled at the end of a dead end street. The colourful and airy decoration and furniture allow you to relax in a cosy and tasteful atmosphere.
The cleaning fee is 250€ and will be paid directly to our contact person on site.
The other payments of the booking are made online to block your dates on our calendar.
For your leisure time, the villa is equipped with WIFI and satellite TV (Astra and OrangeTV), and if your professional or academic activities continue, a small office will allow you to study or work in peace and quiet.
Just a few hundred metres down the road, the village of San Peïre with its fine sandy beach, restaurants and shops can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

Summary: We greatly enjoyed our stay as family of four at this wonderful location. Since I was travelling with three young adult sons we used all four bedrooms and they were all well-prepared for a good sleep. Communication with Wivine and the location managers (Lauriane and Benois) was relaxed, timely and very friendly. The view from the house is wonderful and we greatly enjoyed the brunch's and dinners with the sight over the ocean. Easy to get to St. Tropez, half hour trip directly from Les Issambres by boat. We stayed a week in summer and I recommend using sun blinds etc over most of the day and open balcony doors and windows over night or at least in the morning, as the rooms will strongly heat up over the day. But in any case, the pool has a good size for refreshing and the whole pool area is great for chilling out in the evenings.
