This detached villa is lovely and modern.
Set in a quiet area, yet with all amenities within close walking distance, this villa is well appointed throughout.
The villa has Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
On the ground floor there is a lovely new modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, integrated oven and microwave.
There is a lovely open plan living area with sofa, armchair and satellite TV.
There is a bedroom on this floor with double bed, and a separate bathroom.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom, with double bed and ensuite shower room.
Patio doors lead from here to the balcony.
There are two further twin bedrooms bedrooms on this floor, serviced by a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Accessed by stairs from the landing, there is wonderful private roof terrace offering all day sun and panoramic sea, golf course and mountain views.
The property has its own private heated pool. Surrounding the pool are plenty of sun beds, plus a table and chairs for al fresco dining!
The villa has a safe in the bedroom, and one in the lounge.
Location
10 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).

The Resort:
Amarilla Golf is a thriving holiday resort. Within walking distance of the villa there are bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Less than a 10 minute stroll along the coast will bring you to the new marina where there are some lovely sea front restaurants, bars and shops. The main resort centre Golf del Sur is just a couple of minutes drive away (Or 20 minutes walk) and here there are plenty more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.
Golf Del Sur has an excellent medical centre / pharmacy.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 20 minute drive. Transport to these attractions is available from the resort. There are many local taxis and we can also supply hire cars through a firm that has an office just 10 minutes walk away.
Los Cristianos is a 15 minute drive away and here you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the relative peace of your wonderful villa.

Summary: Wow this villa ticked all boxes inside, a modern villa that was clean, spacious and had everything you needed inside from great TV choices, awesome WiFi and all the kitchen facilities/utensils to cook and prepare meals etc including a huge BBQ. The outside also has a very nice alfresco dinning area, (this could have done with more lighting for the evening meals though) The heated pool was a winner with us all and was very much appreciated with 2 young children as well as enough sun beds for our party of 8! Getting to and into the villa was super easy as we had been provided all the information by Jon ahead of our arrival! Jon was also very helpful with our booking and advised us on what we needed to do with Covid restrictions and places to eat & drink. We arrived at the villa early as had a 6am flight, we had asked ahead if it was possible to get into the villa a bit early and was advised by Jon that it may not be possible as it may still be being cleaned, however when we got there it was all spotlessly clean and ready for our arrival (which again with 2 young children was greatly appreciated 😀) The area itself is very quiet and has some lovely bars and restaurants within a 20min walking distance or €5 in a taxi. Couple of bad points: Next to the villa is a building site and would have been nice to have been informed of this before booking or ahead of our arrival, if you want a lay in past 8am then this is not the place for you, as builders arrive 8am sharp and make lots of noise first thing although this does die down throughout the day! Flys, the whole area seems to suffer from excessive flys who are not only relentless but pretty annoying so come equipped with fly traps for every corner of the villa (the villa does have screen doors so as long as they are kept shut they can’t get in) Overall this is a lovely villa and would definitely return if I visited the area again!
