There is also another driving range approximately 1/4 mile from the neighborhood. The neighborhood also has a pool available for use. The townhome has three bedrooms. 1 Master with a master bathroom and two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Each room has a bathroom available, so there is no need to share a bathroom. All amenities, such as towels, soap, blowdryer, flat iron, etc are provided. The gym has a garage for use, and one parking space is available in the garage with additional parking behind the townhome.
