Facing the ocean, in a small fenced residence closed with a portal, very pretty house of 90m² with 3 bedrooms, 2 queen size beds and 2 single beds. Open kitchen fully equipped (ith a filter coffee machine) and a large living room, beside a very nice terrasse with relaxing view to the Ocean. Bathroom with a real bathtub and toilet, and another separated toilet on the ground floor. charcoal babecue and a secured space to store bikes and personal effects. Internet connection in the house and TV. The pool is not heated and opened from beginning of June til the end of September, dates may vary according to the local weather. The access to the pool is forbiddent afater 22h so there is no distrubing noise at night. Depending on your bookng channel, a tourism tax may be added to the total of your initial booking, especially if no line appears on your formular about it. Bedding, towels and linen not included, they can all be hired from the housekeeper in charge of the house and who will assist you before and during your stay.
