The Urbanization has got a very nice pool area and beautiful garden.The direction of the town house is straight south overseeing the sea coast from both ground terrace living room, master bed room and roof top terrace Just 2.2km from the city center of Nerja. 1.6 km from Burriana beach and 2.1 km from Carabeillo beachThe urbanization has a large outer garden area and a gated inner garden area. In the inner area there is a 25 m long swimming pool available for the 34 houses in the community.Swimming pool is open from March through Nowember and 8am to 8 pm . The community has its own parking area available for the rental family. Just 50 m to the entrance of the house.
